The Retainer is our partnership container — where we embed as part of your team. Bigger businesses have more moving parts, and with that comes more complexity to navigate: rebrands, restructures, new markets, growing teams.
As your fractional CMO & COO, we work alongside you and your people to steer projects, strengthen systems, and keep momentum steady while you lead.
Each scope of work is customised, however, typical scope includes:

We start with a consultation call to get under the skin of your business, your goals, and your current challenges.

You’ll receive a tailored retainer scope outlining where we’ll focus — marketing, operations, or a mix of both.

We present the proposal to you and your senior team, align on priorities, and agree the route forward.

Once we’re in, you’ll have us fully embedded in your business. Monthly strategy sessions, weekly check-ins, and ongoing Slack access keep everything moving. We’ll also work directly with your team where needed.

We roll up our sleeves and lead against the agreed scope - guiding your people, and keeping growth on track.

(depending on scope + team size)

Every retainer is bespoke. We scope proposals individually to reflect your business needs, your team, and the level of support required. No two businesses are the same and neither are our retainers.

We require a minimum of 3 months. Typically, most businesses work with us for 6-9 months.

We’ll create a tailored plan based on your needs - whether that’s marketing leadership, operations, or both. You’ll always know what’s included before we start.

Yes. Even though we are hired as contractors, we’ll step in as part of your leadership team, guiding and supporting your people so everything runs more smoothly.

Most clients work with us remotely via Zoom and Slack. But if you’d like us in your office for a VIP Day or Sprint session, we’re happy to travel. Travel expenses must be covered by you.

Both. We lead, manage, and execute against the agreed scope. Think of us as the bridge between strategy and action.

Scope flexes with your needs. If you need more hands-on hours or leadership in a busy period, we’ll agree that in advance and adjust.

No. Currently, Discovery, Proposal are Consultation are all pre-payment stage. The only exception is if your business requires a full Audit before we can scope effectively - in that case, we’ll flag it and agree it with you upfront.
