The Process
Week 1 —
Strategy & Planning
90-minute deep dive session to explore your brand, ideal client, and goals for the site.
We create your site map, content plan, and decide how to best showcase your expertise and services
You’ll share your brand assets (logo, colours, photography) and any existing content.
Week 2 —
Storytelling That Sells
We write your website copy in your tone of voice, crafted to speak directly to your ideal clients. Copy includes all five main pages.
You review and approve the messaging before we start design. Sometimes people prefer to see copy in situ and we can work like that too.
Weeks 3–5 —
Design & Build
First, I’ll create a visual design concept in Canva so you can see exactly how your site will look and feel before we start building. Once approved, I’ll bring it to life in Squarespace.
Your site will be fully mobile and tablet responsive, and we’ll refine it together with up to two rounds of revisions.
Week 6 —
Launch & Training
I’ll finalise your site, complete all checks, and either host a 30-minute live training or send you a recorded walkthrough so you can confidently make updates yourself. Once we launch, you’ll have 14 days of post-launch email support for any questions or tweaks.

After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.
